I have extensive experience in insurance, personal injury and general litigation matters.
I act across motor vehicle accident, workers compensation and public liability claims, consumer law matters, property damage claims and insurance policy disputes. I act predominantly for insurers in personal injury matters while also representing individual plaintiffs, which gives me a balanced perspective on the issues that arise throughout the life of a claim.
I am approachable and solution-focused, with a pragmatic and commercial approach to dispute resolution. I am thorough in my investigation and management of claims and focus on providing clear, timely advice.
I regularly appear as an advocate in Tasmania’s courts and tribunals and have experience in complex litigation, including Supreme Court trials.
I am a former President of the Tasmanian Branch of the Australian Insurance Law Association.
Outside of work, I enjoy travel, dining and dance, and spending time with my Cavalier King Charles spaniel.
