As a succession lawyer, my practice focuses on succession planning, deceased estate administration and estate litigation.

Working closely with individuals, families, executors and beneficiaries, I assist clients through all stages of the succession law process.  This includes implementing effective succession plans, advising on the administration of deceased estates and representing clients in estate disputes, including family provision claims.

These matters can involve complex legal issues while also affecting individuals and families on a very personal level.  Taking the time to understand each client’s circumstances and objectives is an important part of my approach.  I provide clear, practical advice tailored to their needs, with a focus on achieving the best possible outcome during what can often be a difficult and emotional time.

My particular interest in succession law has also led me to undertake further postgraduate study.  I am currently completing a Master of Laws, with a focus on Estate Planning, Wills and Estates.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner, friends, and two rescue greyhounds, and exploring the amazing sights and tastes Tasmania has to offer.
