Kaela Williams is an Associate in our Estate Planning, Commercial Litigation and Family Law teams.
Kaela uses her dispute resolution background to address the issues faced by traditional and blended families in estate planning. Kaela can assist with wills, codicils, enduring guardians, powers of attorney and binding death benefit nominations.
Kaela has experience in a wide range of commercial and related disputes including acting for major lenders in mortgage repossessions, acting for individuals and companies in property disputes, debt recovery matters and contract claims. Kaela also assists individuals and employers in criminal and employment matters.
Kaela acts in family law property matters using her accounting expertise and business minded approach. Kaela’s strong interpersonal skills and experience allows her to assist clients throughout their family law journey to achieve efficient outcomes.
Kaela is the co-president of the Southern Young Lawyers committee and a committee member of the Tasmanian Women Lawyers.
