As a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, I practise primarily in employment law and commercial disputes. I appear regularly in the anti-discrimination division of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, as well as frequently acting in conciliation conferences and mediations. I have extensive experience in unfair dismissal and adverse action matters and I provide advice to both employers and employees with respect to their statutory rights, entitlements and obligations.
