Tina Glanville

Senior Estates Administration Paralegal

Tina is a Senior Estates Administration Paralegal in Dobson Mitchell Allport’s Estate Planning & Administration team.

She manages estate administration matters and guides our clients through every stage of the estate process, including Supreme Court applications for probate, letters of administration and reseals of foreign grants.  Tina works closely with clients and a range of stakeholders, including beneficiaries, financial institutions and government bodies, to ensure estates are administered smoothly and in accordance with Tasmanian requirements.

A key part of Tina’s role is helping clients understand their responsibilities as an executor or administrator, providing clear, practical guidance throughout what can often be a complex and emotionally challenging process.  She is known for her calm and empathetic approach, attention to detail, and ability to explain legal processes in plain English.

Outside of work, Tina is a proud mum of three daughters and a first-time grandmother.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and being outdoors, particularly when it involves being in, on or near the water.
