Senior Estates Administration Paralegal

Being an executor or administrator can feel like a significant responsibility, particularly while grieving.  I guide clients through each stage of estate administration with clear explanations, careful organisation and a calm, empathetic approach.

I am a Senior Estates Administration Paralegal in the Estate Planning & Administration team and manage estate administration matters from beginning to end.

I guide clients through Supreme Court applications for probate, letters of administration and reseals of foreign grants.  I also work closely with beneficiaries, financial institutions, government bodies and other stakeholders to help ensure estates are administered smoothly and in accordance with Tasmanian requirements.

A key part of my role is helping clients understand their responsibilities as an executor or administrator.  I focus on explaining legal processes in plain English and providing practical guidance throughout what can be a complex and emotionally challenging process.

Outside of work, I am a proud mum of three daughters and a first-time grandmother.  I enjoy spending time with family and friends, travelling and being outdoors, particularly when it involves being in, on or near the water.
