Shadhini is known for her clear and patient approach, taking the time to explain each step and help clients understand potential risks and next steps.  She works closely with clients to understand their circumstances and support them in achieving the best possible outcome.

Having grown up in Sri Lanka, Shadhini brings a strong understanding of cross-cultural considerations to her work.  She is fluent in both English and Sinhala, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends, going for walks and exploring creative hobbies such as cake decorating.
