Robyn Morse

People and Culture Manager

Robyn is the People and Culture Manager at Dobson Mitchell Allport, with close to four decades of experience supporting organisations to build strong and effective workplaces.

She leads the firm’s people and culture function, working across both strategic and day-to-day initiatives that support the firm and its people.  Robyn works closely with the Executive Team as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on a range of matters including performance, employee relations and workforce planning.

Robyn takes a practical and considered approach, focused on creating an environment where people feel supported and able to do their best work, while also ensuring the firm meets its broader objectives.

She began her career in the Tasmanian State Service before moving into senior people and culture roles across Victoria, including at Monash University.  Robyn holds a Master of Education (Counselling) and brings experience working within large and complex organisations.

Outside of work, Robyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, and playing golf.
