As DMA’s People and Culture Manager, I am responsible for leading both strategic and operational people initiatives that support the firm’s objectives and foster a positive, values‑driven workplace culture. My work focuses on designing practical, effective systems that enable our people to thrive and deliver excellent outcomes for our clients.
I bring expertise across the full employee lifecycle and HR strategy, including performance and capability development, workforce planning, governance and compliance, and employee relations matters. I work closely with the Executive Team as a trusted advisor, balancing empathy with accountability to navigate sensitive and complex issues thoughtfully and constructively.
I began my career in the Tasmanian State Service, where I gained a strong grounding in public sector governance and large, complex operating environments. After completing a Master of Education (Counselling), I held senior people and culture roles across a range of organisations in Victoria, including Monash University as a Faculty HR Manager, where I lead a team of skilled advisors.
I am known for my values‑led and pragmatic approach, and for creating environments where people feel supported, heard and empowered to perform at their best.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and playing golf.
