I am the Credit and Collections Manager at DMA. As well as managing incoming payments of our own accounts, I also work with clients to assist with their debt recovery and credit collection matters. In conjunction with colleagues in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, I work closely with many clients in the education sector, as well as with small businesses and sole traders, helping them to recover unpaid fees from debtors, including through negotiated payment arrangements and court action, where necessary.
