I specialise in insurance litigation and dispute resolution, advising and representing clients across a wide range of insurance matters.

My practice has a particular focus on workers compensation and personal injury claims, including complex matters.  I aim to approach litigation in a measured and practical way, keeping the client’s objectives and the most effective path to resolution in focus.

I have experience appearing in the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Magistrates Court of Tasmania and the Supreme Court of Tasmania, and am regularly involved in litigation across these jurisdictions.

I am a member of the Australian Insurance Law Association and sit on its Tasmanian committee.  I have also assisted as a tribunal member for Basketball Tasmania.

Outside of work, I enjoy specialty coffee, gardening and following the Tasmania JackJumpers.
