I assist with a range of commercial transactions including conveyancing and property transfers, commercial and retail leasing, preparation of contracts and due diligence enquiries.

I also have experience in property matters involving the preparation and review of security documents, including mortgages, guarantees and general security agreements, State Revenue Office requirements, and property developments such as subdivisions.

Before joining Dobson Mitchell Allport, I worked at a Hobart real estate practice and a settlement services company, experience that gives me useful insight into the broader property transaction process.

Outside of work, I like to be outdoors, attend live music shows and can often be found listening to 1970s progressive rock bands.
