She works across all areas of family law, including property settlements, parenting arrangements, child safety, child support and divorce. Linda regularly acts for both privately funded and legally aided clients and has extensive advocacy experience across a wide range of matters.
Known for her practical and steady approach, Linda focuses on helping clients find workable solutions during what is often a difficult and uncertain time. She understands that separation is already challenging, and works to make the legal process as clear and manageable as possible while keeping her clients’ long-term outcomes in focus.
Linda is a nationally accredited mediator and supports clients to resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
Throughout her career, Linda has contributed to both the profession and the community. She is the Tasmanian State Representative for AIFLAM, and has previously been involved with the North West Community Legal Centre, the Family Law Practitioners Association of Tasmania and the Law Society of Tasmania.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys cooking, trail running, and spending time in the garden.
