He works with clients across a range of insurance-related disputes, with a particular focus on workers compensation matters.  James provides clear and practical guidance, assisting clients to understand their position and work towards efficient resolution of disputes.

James has a strong interest in advocacy and dispute resolution, with a focus on analysing matters and developing clear, persuasive arguments.  This interest has been supported by his participation in university, national and international negotiation competitions, where he developed skills in strategy, communication and problem-solving.

Outside of work, James enjoys playing and watching sport, spending time with family and friends, and travelling.
