Prior to commencing at DMA, I spent a year as Associate to Associate Justice Holt at the Supreme Court of Tasmania where I gained valuable experience in civil procedure and civil litigation generally. I now apply this knowledge to my diverse practice, working across a range of civil and commercial disputes. This includes employment law, tenancy and property issues, estate litigation, building and construction disputes and other general civil disputes. I also have experience in criminal law matters and I regularly appear in the Magistrates Court of Tasmania.
I pride myself on my ability to guide clients through the complexities of the legal system and I aim to resolve disputes pragmatically, without the need for litigation wherever possible.
In my spare time I play football for Cygnet Football Club and train in mixed martial arts and submission grappling. I am currently a member of the Southern Young Lawyers Committee.
