Jack Tammens

Senior Associate

Jack Tammens is a Senior Associate in Dobson Mitchell Allport’s Dispute Resolution & Litigation team, practising across a broad range of commercial and related disputes.

He advises and represents clients in matters including employment law, trust and estate litigation, planning, environment and local government matters.  Jack also has an interest and experience in a number of other areas, including intellectual property disputes, administrative and regulatory matters, sports and media law, and criminal law, allowing him to assist clients across a diverse range of issues.

Jack works with clients to provide clear, practical advice and to support the efficient resolution of disputes.  He has a strong interest in advocacy and regularly assists clients by appearing on their behalf in courts and tribunals.

Prior to joining the firm, Jack was Associate to Associate Justice Holt at the Supreme Court of Tasmania, where he gained valuable insight into court processes and judicial decision-making.

Outside of work, Jack plays football for the Cygnet Football Club and is involved in submission grappling as both a coach and competitor.
