I work with business owners, management teams, developers and individuals on commercial, property and estate planning and administration matters.

Clients come to me when buying or selling businesses, entering commercial or retail leases, or navigating property transactions.  I also advise on intellectual property matters, including trademark registration, licensing and assignments.

I assist clients with wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianship appointments and estate administration matters, working closely with them to structure long-term plans carefully and provide greater certainty for the future.

I bring a practical, commercially minded approach to every matter and have a particular interest in corporate governance.  I focus on solutions that work in practice and on explaining complex issues in a way clients can readily understand.

Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors, travelling and spending time with my young family.
