She assists with the day-to-day management of files, including drafting applications, responding to clients and organising documentation, helping to keep matters progressing smoothly.  Eleanor understands that migration processes can feel complex and unfamiliar and works to ensure clients feel supported and informed throughout.

Known for her organised and detail-focused approach, Eleanor takes pride in making the process as clear and manageable as possible.  She particularly values achieving positive outcomes for clients and helping to ease what can often be a stressful experience.

Before joining the practice, Eleanor worked as a pharmacist for almost ten years.  This background has shaped her calm and methodical approach, as well as her ability to communicate clearly and support people navigating important and often challenging situations.

Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and son, and their miniature Groodle.
