As a Principal Lawyer in DMA’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, I am a specialist court room advocate with extensive experience in Tasmania’s courts and tribunals. I have a particular focus on commercial and contractual disputes, estates litigation, disciplinary and professional misconduct proceedings, coronial investigations and criminal law.
I am a presiding member of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Deputy Chairperson and a presiding member of the Legal Profession Disciplinary Tribunal of Tasmania, a member of the Local Government Code of Conduct panel, and the Chair of the Tasmanian Law Reform Institute.
Outside of law, I enjoy reading and bushwalking.
