She advises commercial and individual clients across a range of disputes, with a particular focus on employment law and civil litigation.  Audrey works with both employers and employees, assisting with matters including termination of employment, workplace disputes, contract and commercial issues, and debt recovery.

Audrey also supports organisations with the preparation and review of employment contracts and workplace policies, helping ensure documentation is clear, compliant and fit for purpose.

She provides clear, practical advice and is known for her frank and personable communication style.  Audrey is responsive and ready to act, giving clients confidence in both the process and the likely costs involved.

With a strong interest in advocacy, Audrey regularly appears for clients in a range of state and federal courts, commissions and tribunals.  She also has experience assisting Senior Counsel in the Supreme Court of Tasmania and enjoys her role as instructing solicitor.  Where appropriate, she works with clients to resolve disputes through negotiation and mediation.

Prior to joining Dobson Mitchell Allport, Audrey gained experience tutoring university students, working in State Government, the not-for-profit legal sector and in private practice in Tasmania.

Outside of work, Audrey enjoys the creative arts, music, spending time in her local community, and time with her young family.
